Whether it is advising our clients on partnership opportunities, developing insights on how to bring campaigns to life, or recommending how clients should bring to life their new marketing assets, we strive to ground all of our recommendations in data.
That's where you come in. We are looking for a Manager to be a part of our Insights & Strategy. From developing consumer insights and conducting competitive research to digging through syndicated research analysis and constructing program measurement, our team will look to you to help solve PR, sponsorship and other marketing challenges for our clients and the new business prospects.
Responsibilities:
• A resourceful, entrepreneurial-minded marketer with a passion for research and strategy with experience at an agency, a research house or a brand
• Someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty in the data and developing insights
• Someone who can handle multiple projects simultaneously while working as both part of a team and independently
• A people-person, someone who is charismatic and enjoys liaising directly with clients
• A teammate who eagerly and efficiently balances responsibilities with retainer clients, project-based assignments and supports our new business process
• An analytical and strategic thinker who is looking to break into the entertainment marketing industry
• Someone who has experience with syndicated databases (MRI, Simmons, Scarborough, etc.) and media monitoring services (BurrellesLuce, Cision)
• Someone who can handle multiple projects simultaneously while working as both part of a team and independently
Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of relevant research experience or planning experience
• Experience conducting primary research/survey design and/or fieldwork
• Experience with social listening and/or digital analytics
• Excellent numeric communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced training in Microsoft Excel, including logic functions
• Ability to be resourceful and work independently when necessary
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of sports business landscape
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (including advanced math/stats courses), MBA preferred
