Search for HR Coordinator jobs in Los Angeles-CA
The Human Resource Coordinator will provide support to the HR Director through recruitment coordination, onboarding/off-boarding management, cultural initiatives, HR compliance, employee communication and general HR scheduling.
Recruitment Coordination:
• Manage ADP applicant tracking system
• Help draft job descriptions
• Manage job requisitions and job postings
• Assist with candidate resume sourcing
• Schedule interviews and escort candidates
• Process background checks
• Manage internal new hire notifications, welcome messaging and first day agenda coordination
• Conduct new hire orientations for support staff hires
• Schedule and prepare documentation for exit interviews
• Manage internal off-boarding notifications
Cultural Initiatives:
• Scheduling of internal presenters and external vendors
• Help coordinate wellness/social committees
Required Experience and Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology or equivalent experience required
• 1-2 years of HR related experience required
• Must have an interest in pursuing HR as a career
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Taleo a plus!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy, and professionalism
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize tasks as needed
• Driven, tenacious, motivated to learn & independent
