ROLE: Technical Producer
AN OVERVIEW
ClubcastLIVE is a tech firm in an exciting space-social live streaming. Fortune-level media and consumer brands use our platform to easily create and publish live, high-quality video across social platforms like Facebook and YouTube Live, as well as to deliver across multiple locations for experiential events.
Our business is a mix of software licensing and client support/guidance services built around our technology. We are actively expanding our product, as we are actively growing our list of customers and strategic partners (agencies, event companies).
THE ROLE
This role will involve a combination of client services and in-house technical work. Your primary objective will be to execute ClubcastLIVE broadcasts remotely with clients around the world, as well as locally in Los Angeles at the ClubcastLIVE studio. The position will be responsible for managing and driving aspects of ClubcastLIVE broadcast and event production including:
• Managing broadcast studio operations (audio and video hardware management, signal routing, regular testing and maintenance, ClubcastLIVE software use, lighting, internet networking) for both client and internal use
• Technical setup for in-studio events and video shoots
• Software orientation, technical testing and troubleshooting, production guidance and technical execution with clients using our platform
• ClubcastLIVE product testing and QA management, working closely with our engineering team
EXPERIENCE
- 2-5 years of live production experience with a particular focus on video capture and visual displays
- Client experience and ability to communicate personably and professionally
- Competent in professional sound and lighting engineering
- Production design experience, eye for aesthetics is helpful
- Internet and networking experience is helpful
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to work independently
