Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp is seeking a motivated Production and Events Assistant to a Producer in the Los Angeles area. Candidate must be efficient, creative, presentable, articulate, and responsible.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Organized and very familiar with music industry (knowledge of Rock 'n' Roll artists and bands is a plus)
-Assist CEO in booking talent, including musicians and bands.
-Experience in music marketing, touring and live events.
-Edit and design promotional materials.
-Prepare presentations.
-Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
-Assist in calculating budgets.
-Proficient in computer programs including: photoshop and video editing is a plus.
-Background in artist relations and events.
-Must be able to write business letters and newsletters.
-Experience at an agency or management company preferred.
This is a fast paced position perfect for someone to dive into producing, assisting events, and interacting with A-List artists.
