Manager, Film Rental Collections and Accounting
Roadside Attractions has an immediate opening for a full-time position to manage both the theatrical film rental collections in its distribution department and the accounts payable/accounts receivable functions in its accounting department. This position will report to the Senior Director of Distribution. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Film Rental Collections:
• Film rental invoicing, reconciliation and collections
• Collection, processing, data entry and archival of box office reports
• Reporting and financial projects as assigned
• Box office analysis as needed
• Audit support as needed
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable:
• Matching, coding and inputting of purchase orders and invoices
• Handling vendor inquiries
• Assisting in weekly check runs
Though not required, a strong preference will be given to candidates who have a working knowledge of theatrical film distribution/collections, two or more years of experience in theatrical film collections relating to the film rental collections responsibilities cited above, and has experience with and knowledge of Hollywood Software.
Minimum required experience and skills:
• Two years of experience in a financial/accounting capacity
• Strong computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
