For the fall of 2017, we are excited to welcome interns to be part of the Reybee, Inc. team. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated with a specific interest in learning more about the world of music publicity. You'll be working out of the New York City under the guidance of one of the Reybee team members.
Be warned: this is not the type of internship where you'll be getting anyone's coffee and nor is it the kind where we ask you unreasonable requests. We are a fun team who seek to guide you through our projects in an effective manner, and help you learn more about what we do and why we do it.
Some responsibilities include going to events, arranging and laying out press clips, drafting press releases, compiling media lists in a spreadsheet format, and updating client reports.
Candidates must be able to accept college credit for the internship, provide their own laptop to work on, be well spoken, possess excellent organizational skills, and most importantly, have a team mentality. What makes Reybee unique amongst peers is our ability to work as a team, and interns will be part of our team.
We ask interns to commit to at least 2 days a week (Monday - Friday) for 10 weeks (length can go on longer according to college requirements).
About Reybee: For the past 20 years, Reybee, Inc. has been at the forefront of the music publicity industry. With company founder Rey Roldan's extensive experience in a variety of music campaigns styles, along with the combined staff made up of former music journalists turned publicists themselves, Reybee offers a unique viewpoint when it comes to creating a well-rounded campaign for albums, singles, videos, or even hot sauce (yes, we've done pr for a band's hot sauce).
