Our REVOLT Content Department allows us to create a wide range of video, motion, audio, 3D and computer graphics tailored to our exacting standards, at costs that are much lower than those accrued by hiring an outside production company. It consists of digital editors, animators, motion-graphics specialists and producers with broadcast experience who work together to conceive, create, and produce work that we think speaks for itself.
Reports To: SVP, Digital Marketing
What you'll do:
Moderate Social Community
• Listen, monitor and engage with social activity across channels.
• Monitor Facebook page activity, wall posts, album and photos, Twitter direct messages and mentions,
• competitor feeds, and brand terms and hashtags and more.
• Interact with community members - like fan photos, respond to positive comments, retweet, repost and more
• with approved pre approved brand responses.
• Add context to community members by adding notes their social profiles and/or adding influential community
• members to influencer lists.
• Highlight items that should be responded to by individuals on other Combs Enterprise brand teams where
• applicable.
Analytics
• Prove business impact and inform social media strategy with data visualizations and reports.
• Compare publishing KPIs for audience size, publishing activity, engagement and average engagement
• across all channels and specific channels monthly.
• Provide a list of the most engaging terms on Twitter and Instagram monthly.
• Provide report for KPIs such as impressions, growth, tweets and potential reach for Facebook Twitter and
• Instagram and more monthly.
• Provide community engagement for Twitter and Facebook and provide links to engagement weekly.
Administrative Support
• Scheduling meetings
• Coordinating travel
• Submitting expenses
You bring (required)...
• Completed - Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of (post-college) experience developing and activating social media campaigns and communities for large, well-known brands
• A love/passion for music and epic entertainment knowledge. (Connections in the industry is a plus)
• Experience working with well-known brands at an advertising agency
• Strong work ethic
• Respectful attitude to all
• Highly detail-oriented, independent and well organized
