This internship is designed for individuals who want to expand their knowledge in professional digital marketing through a highly collaborative, hands-on experience. Digital marketing has become a very important factor within the music industry especially as a means for artists's to engage their fans. Through concise planning and strategy, we are able to engage and grow our artist's digital footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining the company's social media presence through managing posts, engaging with users, and monitoring emails.
- Monitor social media traction such as engagement numbers and plays, ability to put together weekly reports
- Proficient social media knowledge: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Vine, Periscope, etc.
- Basic understanding of marketing / branding concepts
- Familiarity with PC and Mac software as well as programs like Excel, Word, Google Docs, Dropbox, FTP, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong interest in music especially digital strategy and marketing
