Details: Reveille seeks a qualified Business/Legal Affairs Assistant to assist the Business & Legal Affairs team who handles day-to-day negotiations and production legal affairs for U.S. television and digital media programming. The environment is demanding and fast-paced. The person in this position will be considered an integral and valuable member of the Reveille team and have the goal of increasing efficiency within the business/legal affairs department and interacting with other departments and those outside the company including television network representatives and agents. Responsibilities will include drafting correspondence and other documents (including contracts), assisting with the clearance process for various shows, and handling many administrative responsibilities (including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and maintaining paper and electronic files for the business and legal affairs department). The assistant must build and maintain relationships within the company and facilitate communications with colleagues in the creative, production, brand development, digital and distribution departments as well as outside counsel and employees of other Shine Group companies. Qualified candidates must possess enthusiasm, a sense of humor, flexibility, creativity and the willingness to assume challenges and increased responsibility. The more initiative that is shown and the more ability that the assistant has, the more the assistant will get to learn and do.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Willingness to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
* Must be a self starter
* Must work well under pressure
* Strong organizational skills
* Superior attention to detail
* Pro-active, forward thinking
* Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong work ethic
* Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
