Resolution Productions Group is looking for a Creative Video Producer to facilitate the conceptualizing, writing, directing, and finishing of video content for corporate and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a writer and content producer and understand how to create content that is highly engaging and original.
This role is skilled in maintaining client relationships, managing budgets, and developing new resources for projects. It is also responsible for leading the planning, scheduling, developing and executing of multiple and simultaneous projects from kickoff to final delivery. The right person for this role has a strong video production background with a keen understanding of production workflow, is a people manager, excited by innovation, and loves collaborating with others.
If you understand video production, can take an idea from inception to execution quickly, and truly love what you do, this is the role for you.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience writing and producing video content for corporate clients, production company or ad agency
Understand all phases of pre-production, production and post-production
Demonstrated knowledge in all phases of pre-production, production and post-production environments
Demonstrated producer skills involving effective time management, communication, budgeting, and organization
Strong analytical background with experience creating and maintaining production budgets
Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities while delivering quality work on-time and on budget
Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
Aptitude to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients, outside contractors, and internal departments and management
Must be proactive in problem solving
A leader and mentor who takes pride in seeing their team succeed and giving credit where it's due
*This is a full-time staff position. Employment benefits are included. Compensation is comparable to industry standard.
