Relativity Media has an immediate opening for an Analyst on our Corporate Strategy / International Business Development team.
The Analyst position is a highly visible role within a leading global film studio and diversified media company. This individual will be part of small team that focuses on various strategic initiatives within the company, including corporate development, M&A, strategic partnerships and new business ventures on a global basis. This individual will play an influential role in developing, optimizing and executing on the Company's short- and long-growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and support recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability building and maintain financial models in support of activities ranging from film financing, to capital raising, to traditional forecasting and analysis.
• Other related projects and tasks, as assigned.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Business Management, Finance, or Economics required.
• 2-4 years of results-oriented work experience in, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy/business development within the entertainment, digital, or technology industries. Experience working in international environments strongly preferred.
• Multi-lingual (Mandarin Chinese preferred, but not required).
• Desire to thrive and consistently perform in a fast-paced environment where priorities are likely to evolve and change direction within compressed timeframes.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to distill information and make recommendations clearly and succinctly to internal leaders and stakeholders.
• Comfort in managing multiple projects concurrently, and satisfying aggressive deadlines.
• Must possess exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, marked by a high level of professionalism, composure and poise.
• Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
