Relativity Media seeks an assistant to the EVP of Production & Development.
Responsibilities:
o Answer phones, roll calls, manage phone sheet
o Maintain contact lists
o Manage executive's calendar
o Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
o Meet and greet visitors
o Maintain Production Binders and ensure department materials are current
o Organize departmental budget
o Create expense reports and submit for payment
o Coordinate document execution
o Document uploading, organization, and overall management of files/documents
o Make travel arrangements as needed
o Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
o Undergraduate degree required
Desired Skills:
o Prior assistant experience in theatrical is desirable
o Ability to demonstrate discretion and interact comfortably with high-profile people
o Excellent phone demeanor and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work efficiently and with a professional demeanor
o Must exhibit initiative as well as the ability to interact well with others, and work well alone or in a group setting
o Ability to take direction, pay attention to detail, and prioritize tasks
o Strong detail orientation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
o A strong and flexible personality and willingness to work long hours are key for success in this role
