This position is in Los Angeles (Century City)
Key Responsibilities:
Taking detailed notes on calls and in meetings.
Tracking, coordinating, communicating (inside and outside the company) and ensuring timely execution of follow up items.
Ability to work closely with all departments such as legal, production and development.
General administrative tasks (including, but not limited to):
Answering phone lines, answering inquiries and fielding requests for information; must have the ability to prioritize/screen calls.
Reading all of CEO's incoming and outgoing emails and prioritize what he needs to read or take care of on a daily basis.
Managing daily calendar; ensuring all meeting locations and information are up-to-date and sending meeting/appointment reminders.
Coordinating and setting meetings in multiple time zones in multiple countries.
Coordinating business travel arrangements for CEO as well multiple executives.
Managing incoming creative or business development submissions.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required.
Minimum 1-2 years of work-related experience required, preferably within a fast-paced agency, network or TV production environment. Strong knowledge of domestic & international TV business news and developments is strongly preferred.
Must possess exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, marked by a proclivity toward teamwork, a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and poise.
Must possess demonstrated ability to take direction, follow through on tasks with minimal additional direction and be resourceful, self-driven, and able to prioritize.
Prior experience and proven methodologies for understanding and anticipating executive needs to optimize efficiency, organize work, and quickly course-correct, if challenges are presented.
Must have a proven meticulous attention to detail in daily work habits.
Proficiency in the PC operating system environment and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, as well as being tech and social media savvy.
Foreign languages (especially French or Spanish) a plus.
