What's this role all about?
A unique opportunity to work with North American government agencies, industry associations and other strategic partners to sell them into Reed Exhibitions international portfolio of trade shows. This dynamic role involves work across multiple cultures, industry sectors and government agencies.
What's my day look like?
• Phone calls and face to face meetings to cultivate relationships with strategic partner
• Selling international trade show opportunities to strategic partners and their clients
• Collaborate with internal global teams and partners to create special programs and packages that suit our partners needs and enhance their experience at our international events
• Organize seminars, webinars, roadshows and special events to educate North American companies on our global portfolio of events
• Use research and identify new opportunities for government/associations/partners and present these opportunities to them
• Manage all projects from inception to completion ensuring partners have an excellent experience
Additional Information:
What types of skills are needed for this role?
• At least 3 years' in a sales, marketing or customer relations environment.
• Flexible thinking and problem solving skills
• Must be proactive and effectively manage projects from start to finish
• Strong organizational skills
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in other languages is helpful but not required.
College degree or equivalent business experience.
Travel both domestic and international required (30% approx.)
