Full Time Job
The Marketing Associate Level will be responsible for developing and designing marketing materials in the Central Marketing Team for various tradeshow campaigns within the US. This person will work on attendee and exhibitor design projects such as print and web ads, postcards, emails, eNewsletters, invitations, exhibitor sales and prospector sheets. The Associate will execute effectively within each marketing discipline.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively contributes ideas and insights related to marketing programs to add value to the overall campaign
• Understands and executes against marketing strategy and vision
• Suggests contact plan enhancements based on results, best practices and/or experiences with other events
• Works independently in each marketing discipline; delivers a high quality of work
• Understands specific needs for targeted attendee or exhibitor communications
• Independently manages own schedule well and coordinates schedules with other support teams to meet project deadlines
• Proactively manages marketing deliverables and communicates updates to Marketin Director
• Understands key marketing performance metrics and uses tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of the marketing activities; translates results into actionable insights for event teams
• Knowledge of new marketing solutions and can assess relevance and opportunity for other shows/events
• Proactively applies best practices from other assignments that improve process or performance of current show/events
• Has exposure to individual project budgets and costs; successfully monitors plan implementation against budget and timing
• Proactively keeps Marketing Director informed of project status and deliverables
• Actively trains and supports tactical execution of projects

• Communicates effectively with internal/external clients; represents brand well
• Undergraduate degree
• Must demonstrate strong proficiency in each of the above as well as strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign
