WHAT'S COOL ABOUT THIS JOB:
ReedPOP is looking for a highly creative designer who can impact our visual strategy, create beautiful designs for our brands, influence brand activation ideas, deliver stunning visuals for client presentations and manage a variety of highly visual communications to internal/external clients through print publications, graphic design, events, video production, photography and/or other related creative activities. This person will be an outgoing self-motivated graphic designer with a creative eye, great attention to detail and have an uncommon passion for doing great work. While having a strong background in graphic design is crucial, the ideal candidate must also have a passion and curiosity for engaging with and delighting customers. We want you to be the ultimate ambassador for our brands and our client's brands. In this role you will have a true impact on the creative assets and visual branding of our shows on a global level. BRING YOUR PASSION AND EXPERTISE:
• Develop smart visual storytelling strategies and beautifully designed products that are embraced by consumers, partners, clients and the sales team
• Maintain an eye for detail and quality on projects big and small, while communicating with the team to meet deadlines
• Handle a high volume workload of 20-40 projects a week, communicate project status, and ensure all deadlines are met
• Provide input and design direction for high level client meetings; offer design and brand activation solutions based on client marketing initiatives, global pop culture trends and audience demographics
• Ensure all imagery and messaging represents our shows and ReedPOP positively and authentically
• Develop executive-level presentations and pitch materials with highly impactful visuals that will be shared with internal SVP's and external clients
• Create and cultivate a ''one team'' approach through collaboration with marketing, sales, operations and talent/content
• Push our creative design language forward based on the latest trends and always keep our brands and products looking current
• Analyze client needs and develop creative activation ideas for high level brands
• Contribute to the strategic and creative development of all marketing materials and merchandise designs for ReedPOP Supply Co
• Responsible for planning and producing PowerPoint and video presentations in collaboration with the sales team
• Work closely with our show teams to design creative assets that will be used on all marketing campaigns
• Assist in all creative ideation sessions
THE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or other relevant degree
• At least 5 years of experience in design at an agency, in-house or freelance.
• Exceptional visual design skills and expert level skill with the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Professional level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge and experience in producing digital marketing collateral from concept to final deliverable (including e-mail marketing designs, display advertisements and print advertisements)
• Advanced writing, proofing and editing ability (appropriate tone/style, complete and accurate).
• Ability to multi-task, shift priorities and focus on finding solutions
• Must be highly collaborative with a ''We'' not ''Me'' mentality
• Highly organized, detail oriented & proactive with a strong ownership sensibility and a passion for our brands
• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and always willing to take the initiative to create something new
• You must be resourceful and willing to find creative solutions that will help you achieve your goals
