PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager in the management of marketing programs across a range of digital channels/tactics that deliver on brand & product marketing objectives. Activities to include: Collaborate with brand marketing team and agencies to design effective digital ad creative (video, search, display, mobile, social, etc.) and subsequent pages or experiences for Red Bull digital advertising campaigns. Assist in management of on-going analytics and performance reports for all digital marketing (brand) initiatives. Collaborate with social media leads to integrate Red Bull brand and product content into Red Bull social channels. Assist in managing digital marketing for brand building, consumer participatory programs (Red Bull Flugtag, Red Bull Soapbox Race, etc…) at Red Bull.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
1. Support the Digital Marketing Manager with the development and management of effective digital advertising and brand marketing
a. Manage the execution of assigned digital advertising projects (media plan development, digital ad/landing experience development) ensuring that all goals and deadlines are met.
b. Report on success of digital advertising. Create fact-based action plans and manage initiatives to improve digital advertising performance vs. objectives.
c. Actively manage social integration for all campaigns.
2. Ensure that brand and product have appropriate voice in Red Bull digital channels
a. Collaborate with brand team to ensure brand and product information and
experiences are appropriately integrated into Red Bull digital channels.
b. Consult with digital teammates regarding integration of social and CRM
features in marketing programs.
3. Manage on-going competitive tracking and digital landscape overview
a. Act as team expert regarding competitive digital brand and product marketing
activity and its' impact on Red Bull digital initiatives.
b. Stay up to date on digital marketing landscape trends, best practices, etc.
c. Develop monthly competitive and digital landscape update.
4. Coordinate Administrative tasks to support the Digital Marketing Manager
a. Coordinate meetings and assist with developing presentations.
b. Work with agencies to manage and update weekly project status to ensure all
projects and deliverables are completed on time.
c. Manage and update monthly digital marketing (brand) highlights update for
management.
d. Act as departmental contact for Red Bull InfoNet expertise and support.
e. Process and track all invoices and ensure vendors are paid in a timely manor.
KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES (WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE )
1.Ensure Digital Marketing Manager is supported in all Red Bull digital advertising and brand marketing programs.
2.Execute assigned projects with maximum outcome, on budget and to gold standard execution
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1.Consumer or lifestyle brand marketing experience. Agency experience desirable
2.Excellent planning and project management competencies
3.Strong written and oral communications skills
4.Exceptional organization skills & attention to detail
5.Understanding and passion for digital marketing
6.Creative and able to think ''outside the box''
7.Self motivated with outgoing personality; must work well as part of a busy team
8.Advertising production knowledge: ad production, tagging and measurement, working with publishers a plus
9.Knowledge of web analytics systems: webtrends, doubleclick, Google analytics a plus
10.Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Advertising or communications focus a plus)
11.Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPont)
