Reality Check Systems in Burbank, CA is seeking a genius-level, full-time Office Manager/Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. Our office is laid-back and fun, but typically high-volume, and we need someone who can keep up with us.
You'll be doing the normal administrative stuff - covering phones a couple hours each day, filing things, talking to vendors, running a few errands here and there, ordering office supplies - as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company.
Very Important Requirements
*Attention to detail (cannot stress that enough)
*Organization (you derive joy from a well organized Google Drive)
*Excellent written and verbal communication skill (seriously, way above average)
*Stellar listening skills (the ability to listen to directions, process information and react accordingly)
*Being proactive (boredom is for suckers)
*Reliability/Dependability (you are where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there)
*Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP on PC and Mac)
