JOB:
Digital / YouTube Talent Management Company looking for a smart, industrious, and self-motivated Executive / Personal Assistant to join the team. In this position, you will showcase your multitasking and prioritizing skills as you assist the CEO / Company in daily work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Interest in transactional and digital media law
• Interest in social media and cutting edge knowledge / understanding of digital media and social media platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest and Music.ly.)
• Exceptionally strong writing skills (copy for website and writing letters)
• Proficiency at Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel is a must) in addition to Adobe Acrobat
• Extreme attention to detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to correspond professionally and effectively via email and telephone
• Reliable car, clean driving record, valid CA driver's license, and up-to-date insurance
• Ability to be flexible, work overtime and attend night and weekend events as needed
• Eagerness and motivation to grow in a busy office
• Creatively inclined, ability to create custom photography and video for Company social media platforms
Duties:
• Coordinate extensive professional and personal calendars (appointments, calls, meetings, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations
• Arrange detailed travel logistics for CEO and Talent
• Produce reports and presentations
• Carry out day-to-day personal errands (grocery shopping, picking up mail, dry cleaning, etc.)
• Assist with editing, proofing and drafting legal contracts
• Read contracts and update material terms into spreadsheets
• Responsible for contributing to Company's social media content: create, edit, monitor and post on social networks and engage in online presence
• Perform ad hoc office / personal duties as assigned
Preferred But Not Required:
• Bilingual
• Ability to edit photos in Photoshop and VSCO
• Ability to edit video content
