Who we're looking for…
RWS and Associates is currently seeking two Script Writers, Music Supervisors, and Lead Producers to serve as the Managers of Creative Productions.
About the role…
Reporting to the Director of Creative Productions, the Managers of Creative Productions (MCP) will be responsible for creating scripts, music tracks, and scores tailored to RWS' clients and Lead Producing events for Theme Parks, Resorts, Retail Centers, and Corporate Clients. This includes creating show outlines, writing and editing scripts, working with recording studios to assemble show tracks, creating production schedules, corresponding with clients, and coordinating delivery deadlines.

Continuously remain on the cutting edge of show creation and production while broadening the company's reputation as a source for high end shows and events.
• Create Show Outlines, Scripts, Music Tracks, and Scores for select theme park, retail, resort, and corporate events.
• Create Show Concepts and Brainstorm new production ideas
• Serve as a Lead Producer for events which requires certain tasks including, but not limited to:
• Correspond with clients and work to meet their needs while respecting RWS policies and procedures
• Creation of show and production schedules
• Oversee and communicate with performers
• Coordinate with lighting, sound, scenic, costumes, etc. to create fully realized productions
• Oversee on-site production for select Theme Park. Resort, and Corporate Events
• Manage projects effectively within a given budget.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, coworkers and client
• Hire and direct Voice Over artists
• Hire and direct Background Vocal artists
• Maintain all inventories for music arrangements, scripts, scores, and completed show tracks.
• Time Management skills are essential
• Ability to juggle many tasks at once
• Manage an intern
• In collaboration with the Director of Creative Productions, develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Maintain irregular and extended working hours per production demands.
• Understanding that the position will require moderate to substantial traveling with evening and weekend responsibilities depending on production schedules.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and Final Draft.
• Knowledge in Logic and/or Digital Performer a plus
• Director/Choreographer skills are a plus
What you bring…
• Minimum BFA/BA degree in a Theater, Arts, or Music program.
• A minimum of 3 years professional experience in theater, dance, music, corporate or theme park entertainment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the entertainment and live event production industry.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate the need for technical support for various events and performances.
• Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors and come up with creative solutions to keep projects within budgets.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated, loyal, passion, integrity, mission-driven, and self-directed.
