Who we're looking for…
RWS & Associates is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to support all paperwork needs, travel logistics, and performer contracts within our Casting Department.
About the role…
Reporting to the Senior Casting Director, the Administrative Assistant's primary duty will be preparing, sending, and organizing all performer contracts through RWS' contracting software. The role will be solely responsible for all logistics around performer hires, including but not limited to casting travel, contact list prep, and audition prep. This is strictly an administrative role and only those with a consummate, detail oriented mindset should apply.
What's expected…
¥ Performer Contracting for all production show performers & Lincoln Center Stage performers - sending, filtering, following up, and logging
¥ Fielding all communication needs between the performers and casting office
¥ Gathering all necessary performer payroll documentation and sending to the finance department
¥ Creating cast photo arrays and contact sheets for upper management
¥ Managing cast wardrobe sheets
¥ Audition assistance as needed, scheduling, posting, and monitoring
¥ Headshot & Video archiving
¥ Casting database management
¥ Preparing casting department expense reports
¥ Travel associated with Casting Department
What you bring…
¥ Dependability, time management, and attention to detail
¥ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with RightSignature a plus
¥ Ability to roll with the punches and laugh while doing it!
