Who we're looking for…
RWS Entertainment Group is currently seeking a Social Media & Video Production Intern .
About the role…
Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, the Social Media & Video Production Intern will assist in creating and maintaining content for company's social media platforms as needed.
What's expected…
- Play an active role in the research, planning and development of strategic content for Company social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Assist in producing, editing, and revising media content.
- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to create innovative and engaging social media marketing content.
- Track and report on social media analytics across all platforms.
- Attend rehearsals, workshops, and other events in the office and RWS Studios for video/photography shoots as needed.
- Assist Marketing Coordinator in filming, interviewing and creating voiceovers as assigned.
- Perform other pre-production, production and post-production duties as assigned.
- Assist other departments with videography/photography needs as assigned.
- Support in house Design Department on special projects as assigned.

What you bring…
- Current college student majoring in Film Production, Marketing or Communications, preferred
- Experience in video pre-production, production, post-production and graphic design
- A strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Prelude, Photoshop, Illustrator and Final Cut Pro
- A passion for all things social media with an eye towards ''what's next'' regarding platforms, media opportunities and best practices
- An artistic eye with experience in graphic design
- Experience with a variety of digital video equipment, including mobile
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes under narrow time constraints
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Possession of own laptop and video equipment, a plus
- Graphic design abilities, a plus
- Fun, energetic and willing-to-learn attitude
