RQ Media Group, a boutique Marketing business is looking for outgoing, self-starters that are savvy, conscientious and entrepreneurial to work at our agency. We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join the team. Working across all of our client accounts, the Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with presentations and & the day to day running of our accounts. The ideal candidate is a team player that brings passion and forward thinking to a fast growing team of professionals. Creating decks and presentations is part of your day to day venacular so you must be fast and experienced powerpoint/photoshop user. A love of pop culture is essential for the success of this position.
• Day-to-day Account admin
o Detailed notes on all calls, circulated to team following
o Schedule and send out all call-ins, looped in when call is next step
o Prep event itineraries for client (Director to edit and send)
o Event info. Sheet for internal staff
o Manage and maintain and assist AM with all trackers
o Manage and update cultural events calendar
o Research and insights (where applicable)
o Database maintenance and update
Assist with the creation of presentations and recap decks
• Reporting
o Assist with the creation of reports for clients
o Assist weekly & monthly output of reports for clients
o Assist AM on Executive Summaries for clients
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
• Office & Google Suite of products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good writing & verbal communication skills
• Time Management
• Good understanding of social media and PR
o Has thorough knowledge of market research, trends, competitive information, literature
• Understanding of budget management and financial planning
• 3+ years of experience working in a marketing/pr/creative agency
• Passion and love for pop culture a must
