A boutique, award-winning video agency needs a hands-on, results orientated, hyper-organized, willing and reliable Project / Traffic Coordinator to join its expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day progress of projects, including video content production, events, promotions and much more across a varied client base
- Maintain work in progress database
- Monitor and distribute New Deliverable and Change Order Request forms
- Identify available resources and assign individual responsibilities to creative and production staff
- Update schedule tasks throughout the day as tasks are completed / added
- Review completed creative tasks against job requirements to ensure accuracy and that client requests are maintained
- Assist in preparation for pitches
- Liaise with and brief Production team
- Zealously ensure that deadlines are met and that all related personnel are held accountable
- Keep flow of information open, honest and transparent
- Enforce strict adherence to standardized procedures, such as naming conventions, electronic folder organization
You will have a proven track record in client service and project management, be one with timelines, deadlines, and spreadsheets (and preferably have an ad agency background, but others will be considered).
You'll also need excellent communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, and have ridiculous attention to detail.
MS Office essential (In Design / Photoshop / Illustrator gets you extra points). Tertiary qualified in marketing, advertising, digital or strategy, but we also know that experience counts.
