Search for Retail Representative jobs in Miami-FL
The Retail Representative will be on the front lines of their RED regional office, managing customer walk-ins, demos, sales and phone calls and product support. Must have a passion for the film industry and technology and be a team player to meet customers and company expectations.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and applications through training
- Sell and upsell RED products and services
- Promote RED events to customers and assist with planning/coordination of events and workshops in the retail space
- Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using company products
- Communicate with customers regarding RED product sales, technical information, policies and procedures
- Promote RED's philosophy in regards to their product and overall goal for the industry
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by working with walk-in customers
- Call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
- Track activities and gather customer information for marketing and outreach purposes
- Participate in store maintenance, opening, closing and cleaning procedures, maintenance of products and gear, management of inventory, shipping and tracking.
- Use ERP, CRM and POS systems to complete daily operations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in a sales support position preferred
- Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales
- Interest and aptitude to master highly technical products
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests
- Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to success
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
