Psyop Film and Television - Vancouver is currently in search of an Office Manager. This is a full time staff position. Candidates must hold residency in Vancouver, with proper work authorization.
We are looking for highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who can jump in and not be afraid to take on new responsibilities as needed. Experience in the VFX / Entertainment industry is preferred.
Job duties will include, but not limited to:
Overseeing reception and managing front desk
Opening and closing facility
Generating PO's and Invoices
Invoice tracking and submission to accounts payable
Handling facility problems as they arise
Interface with Systems and Engineering teams to tackle tech issues as they arise
Organize and coordinate all new hire paperwork for Freelance and Staff employees with Psyop HR
Manage vendors
Manage Artist hours
Ordering supplies
Shipping and Receiving
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an office manager
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior Film, TV Experience preferred, specially in the VFX / Animation industry
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to take on new responsibility when needed
