Assistant to Founder & CEO
Protagonist Brand Energy
We call ourselves a Brand Energy company. We exist in the nexus between strategy, tactics, media, innovation and the brand itself. We know how to use the medium and mix the media. Our clients include Pepsi, Acxiom, Weight Watchers and Living Proof among others. We energize brands from neophyte to iconic.
Position
The Assistant position is a unique and vital role on our team. The Assistant is the gatekeeper to the Founder and CEO's day-to-day schedule and office operations. The Assistant first and foremost keeps the CEO on track, but also works with the rest of the team by providing input and support for current projects and productions. The Assistant will gain access to high profile clients and exciting projects that an assistant would not typically get to touch.
The Assistant
Our team is small so there is ample opportunity to grow. We are looking for candidates that have assistant experience and are eager to grow and work on projects outside of their administrative duties.
Role
Phones/rolling calls
Setting meetings
Keeping the CEO's calendar
Powerpoint/Keynote presentations
Keeping the team on track
Weekly updates
Requirements
1-2 Years assistant experience (preferably at an agency)
Bachelor's degree
Ability to multi task in a timely fashion
Interest in marketing and new media
Highly organized
Strong communicator
Exceptional written and verbal skills
Experience with Microsoft office programs
Mac user
Adobe Creative Suite experience (preferred, but not necessary)
Personality - our team works well because of who we are as individuals. We are looking for a smart, ambitious and inspiring person, who wants to contribute their own, unique POV to our team and be heard, but also accept having their ideas shot down.
