International Distribution Company located in Beverly Hills seeks full time International Distribution Coordinator. The International Distribution Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Acquisitions, Marketing and Sales team on a daily basis. S/he will work directly with content producers and post houses to ensure content specifications are delivered properly. A successful International Distribution Coordinator is proactive, accountable, accurate and efficient in their actions; s/he is a smart, thoughtful and effective communicator.
Manage timely delivery on all required assets and ensure highest quality of content; troubleshoot issues quickly with internal and external partners
Contract review with regards to specifications, delivery schedule, and asset requirements
Metadata setup and management in our content management systems
Own multiple projects concurrently; ensure milestones and key dates are consistently met and successfully manage competing projects and priorities across multiple teams
Evaluate operational workflow for efficiency and scalability; identify challenges and provide innovative solutions
Light editing of trailers and screeners for internal screening website
Prior experience coordinating with content providers and post-house facility recommended
Knowledge of digital media assets
Exceptional attention to detail and technical problem solving skills
Background in post production or distribution industry
Project leadership experience
Self-motivated, goal-driven, adaptable to change
Interested candidates should have some basic knowledge of the following software and websites:
Final Cut Pro (7 and X)
Adobe CC Suite
Vimeo, YouTube and Google Drive
Compressor, Quicktime, MPEG Streamclip and Toast Titanium
35,000-40,000 a year.
