Job Functions:

- Produce complex matte painted elements to a high standard with a thorough understanding of perspective, lighting, and color.
- Create clean plates for stereoscopic workflow.
- Recreation of characters
- Lead a team of 10-15 artists
- Paint textures to match style and texture.
- Collaborate with team members and production staff.
- Collaborate with training on materials and procedures
- Assist with R & D.

Position Requirements

- At least 5-7 years of experience.
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in a manner that creates collaboration, coordination and teamwork to ensure the mutual sharing of ideas and information.
- Must have an understanding of stereo (3D) and anamorphic compositing in Nuke.
- Understanding of 2D and 3D match move.
- Extensive knowledge of Nuke/Fusion a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Photoshop.
- Mocha and Syntheyes a plus.
- International travel required.
