Quiver Digital - Account Manager
- We are looking for an EXTREMELY organized ''people person'' who can join our Quiver Digital Client Services team. This person would be one of the primary contacts for Quiver Digital clients, located in Chicago. The Quiver Digital team services international feature and television content to foreign and domestic platforms. The Account Manager will be responsible for communicating with over twenty individual clients on a regular basis.
The following traits are a pre-requisite:
Must be a positive, motivated ''Team Player.''
A ''no job too small'' attitude will serve you well on the Quiver Digital Client Services team.
METICULOUSLY organized.
Professional email etiquette is mandatory.
Grammar is paramount!
Constant professionalism both internally and with clients on phone and email. You will be representing the Premiere and Quiver Digital brands!
Fortune 500-level Account Management experience, media handling skills and proficient use of Mac operating systems is preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer client correspondence and telephone calls in a timely manner.
Goal: within one hour of receipt.
Be available by telephone during scheduled working hours.
Schedule and coordinate production/delivery activity so that deadlines are met consistently.
Work with internal departments to make sure deliveries are meeting their expected deadlines, while taking into account the last asset received from the client.
Communicate with the Quiver Digital Operations Manager and internal teams to prioritize work, based on weekly capacity.
Report regularly to Quiver Digital Operations Manager Michael Sorenson.
You are responsible for weighing the health of the client relationship and escalating to management when needed.
Understand internal workflow and each department's responsibilities.
Assist with organizational and project-related tasks, as needed.
Report title statuses to the client, based on the web portal, current tracker schedule and calendar requirements.
Upcoming due dates.
Internal Rejection issues or other possible delays.
Missing assets.
Outstanding items that require client response.
Work to form a trusting relationship with each client.
