Digital Media Company Seeking Asset manager for Client Services Department (Los Angeles)
We are a digital media company, who works with major studio clients and prepares their media for digital release. We are looking to add a member to our Client Services team, whose primary responsibilities would include:
Tracking incoming digital content
Moving files to appropriate departments
Ensuring all corresponding content is properly linked to our tracking system (''The Portal'')
Spot checking and correcting minor issues with incoming files
Understanding internal workflows and each team's responsibilities
Assisting with organizational and project-related tasks, as needed
Adapting to shifting procedures and responsibilities
Reviewing metadata
Other tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
data-driven, highly granular projects
Working in a Mac environment
metadata management
metadata formats, including but not limited to XML, CSV, XLS, and HTML/CSS
maintaining confidentiality
Must have meticulous attention to detail and dedicated work ethic. Must thrive on performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and function effectively under pressure. Must be proficient with Mac operating systems. Must be a team player and enjoy working with others. Previous experience with digital media delivery a plus but not required.
