Busy Post Production Company is seeking an organized and friendly individual to oversee front office and assistant duties. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Stationed at the receptionist area fielding calls and greeting and directing clients and visitors.
Assisting the Facilities Manager with ordering of supplies, cleaning the facility and handling general contractors.
Assisting the General Manager and Owner with various tasks.
Keeping track of materials that are delivered to the business and ensuring they are sent to the correct department.
Keeping and organizing all paperwork related to purchasing.
Occasionally assisting with the promotion and set up of client related events.
Other administrative duties as required.
Must be able to lift at least fifty pounds in weight.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be organized and work well in a fast paced environment.
The qualified candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience working at a front desk/receptionist area and must be comfortable with busy phones and email. Familiarity with the TV and Film industry is helpful but not essential. This job requires constant interaction with clients staff and visitors. Please email resumes only. No faxes or phone calls please. This is a full time position paid at an hourly rate. Compensation depends on experience. The candidate must be flexible and be able to work occasional nights and weekends.
