Point.360 is currently seeking a self-motivated, focused and detail oriented individual to work in our expanding QC Department. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work proficiently in a fast paced environment, and provide thorough Master QC evaluations of content.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years experience in Mastering Quality Control of Features & Episodic Television (4K/UHD, High Definition and NTSC/PAL Standards).
• Ability to accurately evaluate anomalies and artifacts based upon company guidelines, and generate accurate and detailed reports.
• Extensive working knowledge of the set-up and operations of various standard definition / high definition tape & file based formats.
• Fundamental technical knowledge/experience in such areas as color correction, audio, digital tape duplication, file metadata, encoding and editing.
• Must possess excellent communication and organization skills (both written and oral), adept at problem solving and have the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Avid, Clipster, Adobe Premiere, and Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice when needed.
