Our innovative and award-winning team consistently provides creative, high-end results for television series, feature films, commercials, restoration, and corporate content. Utilizing the latest technology, Point.360 serves the global community from the heart of Los Angeles. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Production team at our Los Angeles facility.
Required Qualifications:
Responsibilities include coordinating and organizing workflow throughout the facility. With a focus on client relations, this position manages the entire production operation to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the product.
- Creates and manages daily workflow and schedules for employees to ensure optimal production efficiency and client relations;
- Assigns machine assets and coordinates large projects or equipment with other facilities if necessary;
- Communicates with client relations representatives, employees in other production departments and/or customers regarding the status of work or problems;
Education and Experience
- BS/BA degree preferred;
- A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience; a total of 7-10 years of industry experience demonstrating the required critical skills and competencies;
