This individual will work as a member of the software team on product development and maintenance. He/she will provide development for product offerings and enhance existing features of the Website, assist in translating business requirements into technical requirements, design database structures, and write SQL queries and stored procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience in a client-facing environment.
Specific experience/knowledge requirements include:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of web application development experience
• Hands-on experience with ColdFusion 7 or higher
• Experience developing applications with a Flex, Actionscript, or Dot Net
• Content Management System (CMS) experience
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and devise solutions
• Experience with Cold Fusion Migration Projects
• Basic understanding of database design techniques and stored procedures (preferably using Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005)
• Ability to work individually
• BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or another closely related field |
