Major Recording Studio seeks a Marketing intern interested in the music business.
*We expect to hire within the next two weeks. Deadline for resume submissions is February 15th 2010!
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Supporting management with marketing efforts.
- Supporting studio personnel with day-to-day administration.
- Handling phones.
- Collaborating with other interns and studio staff.
- Minimal filing.
- Independent projects may be assigned, supervised by a manager.
Candidate should:
- be Macintosh literate.
- MS Word and Excel is a must. Knowledge of iCal and google calendar a plus.
- have excellent phone skills.
- be able to handle high-pressure situations.
- be a superb multi-tasker.
- have great instinct with prioritizing tasks.
- be self-motivated and time-efficient.
- have superb organizational and communication skills (both oral and written).
- must be detail-oriented and flexible.
- must be a TEAM PLAYER and a quick learner.
- have a professional demeanor and able to handle confidential / sensitive information.
- have an outstanding attitude and an eagerness to learn.
