Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our New York Beauty Team for a top global talent procurement agency. Looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and fashion brands, models, and celebrity talent. As part of the role you will be working on global brands to research, position, and cast talent and models for PR and advertising brand campaigns. Being a team player is key as well as the ability to be proactive and work independently.
This job is full of variety and you'll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks. You'll be expected to be involved at all levels, including drafting contracts, client management, creating presentations as well as administrative work. Strong communication skills, flexible hours, are requirements and attitudes must be checked at the door.

Required skills
• Very good communication skills

• Creative and able to provide innovative ideas
• Good command of Microsoft Office, Power Point, and Excel
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Hard working, proactive and self-confident
Experience:
• Must have at least 1 year working experience and Bachelor's Degree. Advertising and/or public relations background preferred. Casting/production experiences a plus.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Research and prepare talent decks, bios, e-score for brand casting presentations
• Prepare casting specs for model casting projects
• Prepare contract drafts
• Invoicing and filing
• Research headlines relevant to beauty/models and talent and send out weekly report the team, daily for major headlines (Variety, HR, Daily News, Post, etc…).
• Reuse requests- Help to evaluate client needs, make sure all relevant info is included along with original contracts. Follow up with client/agents for updates. Negotiate usage requests with models agencies and photographers
• Track renewal terms and expirations - make sure any final contract expiration is put into calendar- follow up with brands to get first use date, put hardcopy of first use date in each file.
• Set up meetings and conference calls
• Update appropriate brand deal tracker with closed contract details
• Keep log of model/talent quotes/budgets for various projects
• Keep updated list of talent/models on competitive beauty and fragrance brands
