Pixar Systems is looking for a well-rounded, self-motivated MacAdmin who is comfortable supporting enterprise cloud applications and services. You excel using both your inner geek and your outward sense of creativity. You are as comfortable helping people navigate Slack and Box as you are troubleshooting macOS. You love technology and you especially love the Mac, but you are happiest when collaborating with a team and realizing shared goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide day-to-day macOS and iOS support focused on cloud applications and services
• Manage daily support requests and long-term project work
• Generate and update support documentation
• Improve and automate existing processes
• Deliver training on the use of cloud services at Pixar
• Help people focus on making incredible movies
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experienced in macOS & iOS systems administration
• Well versed in corporate IT, especially end-user support
• An enthusiastic learner who enjoys the challenge of doing so on the fly
• An excellent verbal and written communicator
• Adept at managing your time well and prioritizing tasks
• Top notch at troubleshooting but you also know when to ''just reboot it''
• Happiest when working on an eclectic team
• Knowledge of JAMF's Casper Suite
• Administration and/familiarity with: Box, Duo, Google, Okta, Slack, Trello and Asana
• Experience with Confluence, Windows/Linux, scripting with Python or Ruby, and enterprise cloud applications
