Accountant

PINK SNEAKERS PRODUCTIONS is looking for a full-time Accountant/Book Keeper to handle Quick Books-based television production and other accounting work. Must be able to handle multiple jobs/shows and bank reconciliation. Responsibilities include: invoice generation and tracking; vendor payments; job coding; tracking individual show budgets; field vendor inquiries and follow up on outstanding invoices/bills; setting up/maintaining purchase order system; processing and tracking payroll; reconciling credit card statements; and distributing and maintaining petty cash funds. Will be required to generate and distribute company and individual show cost reports monthly as well as on an as needed basis.

Requirements: Excellent written and communication skills; PC proficient (Quick books, Excel, etc); Understand/interpret TV production policies and procedures; Understand/interpret A/P and ADP Payroll policies and procedures
