Picrow seeks a Coordinator in its Union Compliance department. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, meticulous organization abilities, and a strong, analytical approach to writing. The Compliance Coordinator will supervise union submissions from production and will maintain a master list tracking deliverables across all ongoing projects. The Compliance Coordinator works with the Script Coordinator, the Lead Accountant, the Unit Production Manager, the Production Office Coordinator, the Casting Director, the Department of Transportation Administrative Coordinator and corporate employees in the compliance division as he or she oversees submissions of mandatory reports. Some of the Compliance Coordinator's overseeing responsibilities are as follows:
-The Union Compliance Coordinator will ensure that the Script Coordinator submits every version of a project's scripts for production distribution. He or she will also ensure that the Script Coordinator submits a weekly writers' worklist, writers' contracts, weekly assignment sheets, Notices of Tentative Writing Credits, WGA Application for writing collaboration (when applicable), and the WGA Bonafide collaboration certificate (when applicable).
-The Union Compliance Coordinator will also ensure that the Production Office Coordinator has distributed all call sheets, production reports, and crew lists in a timely fashion. Other POC submissions that the Compliance Coordinator will oversee include SAG items (DOODs, Exhibit Gs', Deal Memos, Long Form Contracts, and Taft-Hartley reports) and DGA items (weekly worklist, DGA deal memos, DGA employee Data Report).
-The Union Compliance Coordinator will oversee the Department of Transportation Administrative Coordinator and their submissions to various Teamster unions, which include the Daily Hire List, Transportation Daily Vehicle List, the Road Side Vehicle Inspection or Violations, Driving Tickets, Accidents, Drivers' Logs, and Vehicle Inspection reports.
