As an On-site Event Representative, you will work directly with our Customers and their guests at these events, ensuring the excellent quality of work and care that Photomadic is known for. A Day in the Life of an OER:
- Setup and teardown product & equipment for events - requires you to pick and drop-off of equipment from local storage.
- Provide on-site Customer support and product troubleshooting. Flawless execution of Photomadic's ''footprint'' and brand. You will serve as the face of Photomadic and on-site point of contact for our Customers and their guests while executing events.
- Guide the interaction and experience with guests while pushing social media sharing or preferred outlet for our Customers.
- Work with the Customer Success Team to ensure events are executed in accordance with overall brand and marketing goals provided by our Customer.
- Clear communication with our Customer at all times during events.
- You will be in constant communication with the Market Manager & Operations Team during events. Conduct post-event evaluation to success points and if any issues occurred during events.
- Complete invoicing process following your event.
- Paid training and product education.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Reliable, mid-size/full-size vehicle
- Ability to lift 65 lbs. above your head & Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Some travel required
- Client-facing, customer service expertise - effective and professional oral and written communication
- Following process standards and showing strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to speak to large groups and interact with various audiences &
- Ability to convey brand messages in an exciting and interactive manner
- Knowledge of both Apple and Microsoft products & Knowledge of DSLR cameras preferred
