Photogenics + CO is a lifestyle brand based out of Los Angeles, Ca focused on bringing art, fashion, and design to all who seek to stand bold among the basic. We believe in the international art enthusiasts, design junkies, and culture seekers, and we'll be collaborating with new influencers each season to create memorable capsule collections through the Photogenics CO-OP program, giving creatives the opportunity to make their stamp in the world of art + commerce.
In this ever-evolving position, you're going to be our go-to guy/girl for the day-to-day execution of all digital influencer campaigns and programs. You'll help strategize and plan activations that will drive the most buzz, engagement and conversion. Much of this role will also be about authentic relationship-building--you'll be reaching out to these digital influencers personally and often!
Job Description:
- Create and drive new customer acquisition strategy
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy to attract new customers and increase loyalty of existing customers.
- Work closely with brand marketing team to maximize social media opportunities to drive traffic to website
- Manage email campaigns as well as sales and site metrics
- Ability to derive and apply analytics to align with our budget and financial goals
- Identify and develop new features/functionality for website enhancements that improve conversion rate and user experience
· Conceptualize additional activations to generate tons of digital influencer/consumer advocate love and brand buzz -- then do whatever it takes to execute your vision!
· You'll endlessly dig into digital influencer activity across the social-sphere (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat) to report on trends, content and collaborations
· You'll make timely, impactful recommendations for digital activations and partnerships that will help grow the brand, based on your research and relationship-building
-Experience with SHOPIFY
Requirements:
- BS Degree
- 2 years or more of internet work experience leading digital marketing efforts
- Apparel experience is preferred
- Able to multi-task in a high paced fluid environment while ensuring deliverables are met within assigned deadlines
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce industry and technologies
- Strong ability to influence others to achieve common goals and work effectively together
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in SHOPIFY, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Photography, Graphic Design is preferred
- Excellent Web Analytics skills e.g. Google Analytics required

Both internal teams and external agencies love working with you because you're highly organized and detail-oriented when it comes to project/campaign management. You consider yourself left- and right-brained with analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and strong creative judgment to recognize what's on-brand. You can think strategically, while still always executing in a fast-paced environment. Beauty, fashion and/or style are probably personal passions.
