WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR
We are looking for a producer to spearhead and oversee all event projects in the creation and management of the design build of special events, lounges, and VIP experiences. You will be savvy and suave with clients and management. PEDG is searching for someone who has a solid background in event design, previous management experience. You have the unique opportunity to grow the division, including hiring and supervising support staff. Please submit an online portfolio or link to a website with resume.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading event projects from inception to installation
• Client interface
• Expanding the division into new arenas
• Oversee onsite execution of all special events; supervising onsite staff, vendors
• Oversee project coordination, schedule creation, and budget monitoring with team
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee material inventory and company assets
• Growing the department: hiring and staff management
• Keep current on trends, brands, clientele, and event opportunities
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Working knowledge of Keynote, Numbers, Pages or Excel, Word
• Adobe Creative Suite (namely, Bridge, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Preferred but not required: working knowledge of CAD, Vectorworks, and rendering software
