Support overall vision, mission and mandates of the company.
Support the day-to-day operations of Pivot's SVP, Business Affairs & SVP, Acquisitions, including:
• Schedule and prioritize internal/external meetings
• Prep for meetings/clean up after
• Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements
• Monitor incoming/outgoing calls
• Organize and maintain confidential/critical documents
• Conduct business-related research
• Greets guests and ensure that their business requirements are met
• Maintain office organization
• Process cash expense reports and credit card reconciliations
• Book travel for executives, coordinating with PM Events team as needed
• Provide credits and background materials for meetings
• Relay relevant company information and invitations in an organized and timely matter
• Assist Business Affairs team members with contracts administration, workflow
• Maintain database, charts and calendars for Business Affairs
• Interface with Content Rights Management System Software
• Facilitate workflow with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Other duties/ special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with both internal and external contacts
• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects
