Summary:
Seeking an experienced standards & practices executive to review advertising and programming for compliance with the company's policies. The VP, Standards & Practices will apply the company's existing advertising guidelines, and will develop and implement additional best practices for the company's television programming and advertising, with particular sensitivity to the company's vision and mission. Liaise with executives across several departments including Advertising, Traffic & Scheduling, Original Programming, Social Action, Digital and Legal Affairs. Support the overall vision, mission and mandates for the company.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and at least seven (7) years of S&P experience with a broadcast network or major cable programmer required
• Prior experience in commercial clearance essential, along with experience reviewing both scripted and unscripted programming
