Support the overall vision, mission and mandates for the company.
Support the day-to-day operations of the CEO:
• Schedule and prioritize internal/external meetings
Perform general administrative duties:
• Monitor incoming/outgoing calls and maintain call sheet
• Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence including emails, faxes, and couriers
• Organize and maintain confidential/critical documents
• Conduct business-related research
• Greet guests and ensure that their business requirements are met
• Maintain office organization
• Process expense reports
• Provide credits and background materials for meetings
• Relay relevant company information and invitations in an organized and timely matter
• Prioritize, plan, and manage multiple tasks and action items and keep track of progress
• Prepare confidential correspondences, reports and other complex documents for distribution to senior executives or as directed
• Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements
• Other duties/special projects as assigned
Requirements
• 1+ years of assistant experience, preferably for executive level.
• Ability to interact with all levels of internal management and staff.
• Must have the ability to be discrete and maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
• Must remain flexible, adaptable and efficient with a high-level of emotional maturity and professionalism.
• Ability to prioritize and handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects and tasks to successful completion.
• Represent senior leadership in professional and service-oriented manner in order to maintain credibility, trust and support.
• Resourceful and creative team-player with the ability to work and be effective independently.
• Highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
