Requirements:
• Execute customized and scalable creative advertising campaigns by leveraging and integrating multiple assets and marketing platforms
• Submit and supervise timely delivery of creative request and assets
• Develop timelines and manage timeline and deadline communication to Sales, Creative Services and Clients
• Command a comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing execution
• Collaborate with Sales to anticipate and resolve client objections
• Ensure customer satisfaction in pre and post sales service
• Monitor the execution of campaigns to ensure communication between sales production and client is easy and effective to ensure renewal.
• Work across several departments including sales, marketing, digital, creative services, production and programming
• Assist with pre-production, including but not limited to, securing locations, location and talent releases and scheduling calls with Directors/production teams
• Book travel, submit expense reports, schedule meetings, handle print production and assist in overall team efficiency
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• At least 2 years marketing or agency experience
• Minimum 2 years working in the television advertising space
