Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day operations of the SVP of Publicity & Corporate Communications
• Manage a heavy calendar and phones
• Complete expense reports
• Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expenses
• Coordinate with Finance and Business Affairs on project paperwork, invoice submission and track department budget and expenses.
• Monitor incoming/outgoing calls and maintain call sheet
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Organize and maintain confidential/critical documents
• Conduct business-related research
• Greet guests and ensure that their business requirements are met
• Process expense reports and credit card reconciliations
• Provide credits and background materials for meetings
• Relay relevant company information and invitations in an organized and timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date contact databases
• Maintain Executive files and databases for tracking progress on activities and projects
• Conduct approved internal communications to employees on behalf of the Communications team
• Research projects and draft meeting agendas
Requirements:
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and phone manner
• Technically savvy
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Can anticipate and stay a few steps ahead. Has sense of urgency and prioritization, yet can stay calm under pressure
• Multitasker who enjoys a fast paced environment
• Is an excellent representation of the department
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film or TV (preferred)
