Support the overall vision, mission and mandates for the company
Support EVP, Social Impact:
• Support the day-to-day operations of EVP
• Schedule and prioritize internal/external meetings
• Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements
• Monitor incoming/outgoing calls and maintain call sheet
• Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence including emails, faxes and couriers
• Organize and maintain confidential/critical documents with utmost discretion
• Conduct business-related research
• Greets guests and ensure that they are hosted respectfully
• Maintain office organization
• Process cash expense reports and credit card reconciliations
• Provide credits and background materials for meetings
• Relay relevant company information and invitations in an organized and timely matter
• As assigned by the EVP, attend meetings, take notes, and document action items; follow-up when needed
• Thoroughly prepare for internal and external meetings with pertinent documents, agendas, bios, and other relevant materials
• Serve as liaison between all divisions of the company
• Make initial contact with potential partners/resource material
• Track Participant Foundation donor recommendation forms
• Coordinate internal Social Sector group meetings
• Oversee division internship program
Support Social Impact campaigns:
• Source ideas, potential partners and research for potential activities
• Maintain social sector files
• Maintain up-to-date Social Impact items on master PP calendar
• Participate in Social Impact team meetings, events and conferences
• Manage approved and assigned campaign initiatives
Other duties/special projects as assigned
Responsibilities:
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and phone manner
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Can anticipate and stay a few steps ahead. Has sense of urgency and prioritization, yet can stay calm under pressure
• Multitasker who enjoys a fast paced environment
• Is an excellent representation of the department
