Support the overall vision, mission and mandates for the company.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for responding to RFPs and obtaining related internal approvals from teams in Los Angeles.
• Work collaboratively with teams in New York and Los Angeles, including national Ad Sales, Programming, Scheduling, Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital.
• Manage budget for production costs related to all custom marketing elements tied to advertiser deals and pitches.
• Maintain processes with Sales team from pitch to activation.
• Develop and update key sales/marketing documents and corresponding video reels (network sales presentation, media kit, digital sales presentations).
• Execute Trade Marketing strategy-including presence at conferences, in industry publications, on social media and digital sites, through upfront events, and via newsletters.
• Think creatively to identify relevant partnership opportunities that merge clients' goals with Pivot brand and/or programming while balancing revenue targets and marketing expenses.
• Maintain consistent communication with relevant Ad Sales counterparts and partner with supervisor to address any issues or creative marketing deliverables.
• Manage partnerships in a streamlined manner that ensures successful execution for both internal colleagues and external clients, as well as merchandise successful deliverables to position Pivot TV for successful renewals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and their agencies, as well as with all key internal divisions (Ad Sales, Programming, Production and Marketing).
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years experience with previous Ad Sales Marketing/Integrated Marketing experience at a TV Network.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills - including on the phone.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and experience in Photoshop.
• Creative, organized, responsible, self-motivated, able to work under deadline pressure ,team-oriented and able to demonstrate leadership skills.
